Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
UPS 3rd Day: 3 business days
UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days
Same Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12pm CST will be delivered before the end of the business day. All orders placed after 12pm CST will be delivered the following business day. *Limited to a 15-mile radius from P.C. Daniel Inc.'s warehouse
P.C. Daniel, Inc. Warehouse Pick-up: Order confirmation and ID are required for pickup. Store opening hours: Monday - Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm

FOR ORDERS IN EXCESS OF 6 CARTONS WE REQUIRE SPECIAL SHIPPING. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF $272.16 USD, THIS AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR SHIPPING INVOICE POST CONFIRMATION OF THE FREIGHT FORWARDER BASED ON ONGOING RATES. CUSTOMER IS LIABLE TO PAY SHIPPING, IN THE EVENT OF SHIPPING NOT BEING PAID, SAID ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL SHIPPING BALANCE IS RECEIVED.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
P.C. Daniel, Inc. ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
P.C. Daniel, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
P.C. Daniel, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
